Return & Refund Policy

General Returns (30-Day Window)

We accept returns for incorrectly sent items or strictly unused products within 30 days of confirmed carrier delivery.

To qualify, all items (including electronics) must be:

  • Completely unused
  • Unopened and in original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Free of residue, odor, wear, or alteration

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging are required
  • Do not return items without prior authorization

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in denial of claim.

Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery.


Strict No Used Items Policy

Due to the age-restricted and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of any used items under any circumstances.

If an item is inspected and determined to have been used, altered, or tampered with:

  • It will not be eligible for refund or replacement
  • It may be destroyed for health and compliance reasons
  • No credit or refund will be issued

We reserve the right to refuse service or restrict accounts associated with policy abuse.


Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior approval.

To request authorization, email:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Refunds & Store Credit

Once received and inspected, approved returns will be processed as follows:

Default: Store credit issued to customer account.

Credit card refunds may be issued upon special request and approval. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our confirmed error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Fraud & Chargeback Policy

We maintain transaction records including IP address, payment authorization responses, and delivery confirmation data.

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

  • Submit all transaction and verification documentation to the issuing bank
  • Restrict or permanently ban the associated customer account
