SHIPPING POLICY
BURLY PIRATE LLC dba 710 PIPES
Effective Date: May 19, 2026
1. Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped the same day or within 24 hours (excluding weekends and major holidays) after:
- Payment authorization is approved; and
- Age verification is successfully completed.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST on Fridays or during weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume sales events or holidays.
Shipment confirmation with tracking details will be emailed once the carrier has accepted the package.
2. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
The exterior packaging will not reference product contents.
The return address will list "Burly Pirate LLC" or our fulfillment partner.
3. Age Verification & Adult Signature
All customers must be 21 years of age or older.
Certain products may require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery.
If required:
- A valid government-issued ID must be presented.
- Packages cannot be left unattended.
Failure to provide an eligible adult signature may result in return-to-sender fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Refusal to sign for or retrieve a shipment does not void the transaction.
4. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
By placing an order, you represent that:
- The shipping address provided is correct;
- You are authorized to receive packages at that address;
- The location is secure and accessible.
We ship only to the exact address provided at checkout.
5. State & Local Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal and state regulations (including the PACT Act), certain products cannot be shipped to all jurisdictions.
We do not ship kratom products to jurisdictions where kratom is restricted or prohibited by law.
Customers are responsible for understanding their local laws before placing an order.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that violate shipping regulations.
6. Carrier Delivery & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed carrier delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Carrier tracking marked as “Delivered” constitutes proof of delivery.
We are not responsible for packages that are:
- Stolen after delivery;
- Retrieved by unauthorized individuals at the delivery location;
- Left unattended at the customer’s request.
Customers in high-theft areas are strongly encouraged to request signature delivery or ship to a secure location.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking does not show delivery, customers must contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
We may initiate a carrier investigation before issuing any replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to deny claims where:
- Delivery is confirmed by carrier;
- Inaccurate address was provided;
- Fraud indicators are present.
8. Incorrect Addresses & Returned Shipments
Orders returned due to:
- Incorrect address;
- Undeliverable address;
- Refusal of delivery;
- Failure to sign for adult signature shipment;
Will be eligible for store credit only, minus:
- Original shipping charges;
- Carrier return fees;
- Any applicable restocking fees.
9. Damaged in Transit
Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Customers must:
- Provide clear photos of packaging and product;
- Retain all packaging materials;
- Follow instructions outlined in our Return Policy.
Failure to report within 48 hours may result in denial of claim.
10. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For eligible returns, original shipping charges will be deducted from refund or store credit.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Supply chain interruptions
12. Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship only within the United States.
