These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.710pipes.com (the “Site”) operated by BURLY PIRATE LLC d/b/a 710 Pipes (“710 Pipes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), as well as any purchases made through the Site.
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
You agree that your electronic submission of an order and your electronic acceptance of these Terms constitutes your electronic signature and agreement to be legally bound by this Agreement.
1. Eligibility, Age Requirement & Payment Authorization
The Site and all products sold on it are strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older.
By using the Site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

You may not:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
Remove copyright or trademark notices;
Mirror or frame the Site on another server.
This license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.
3. Accounts & Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for:
Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials;
All activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts associated with:
Fraudulent activity
Excessive return abuse
Unjustified chargebacks
Violation of these Terms
4. Orders, Pricing, Acceptance & Fraud Prevention
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel any order;
Limit quantities;
Delay or cancel orders flagged during fraud screening;
Correct errors even after order submission.
Your order is an offer to purchase.
No contract is formed until we accept your order, which typically occurs when shipment is confirmed.
Completion of checkout, successful payment authorization, and shipment confirmation constitute acceptance of the transaction.
We may use fraud detection tools including:
IP logging
Address Verification (AVS)
CVV verification
Identity screening
Risk scoring systems
Orders may be delayed or refused if fraud indicators are present.
5. Third-Party Products; Retailer Role Only
710 Pipes sells products manufactured by third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We make no independent warranties regarding design, engineering, or safety;
Any manufacturer warranty is solely between you and the manufacturer;
We act solely as a retailer.
Nothing herein limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
6. Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Refunds
Shipping and returns are governed by our Return Policy.
Carrier delivery confirmation to the address provided at checkout shall constitute proof of delivery.
By placing an order, you agree to the Return Policy in effect at the time of purchase, including:
48-hour damage reporting requirement
Strict prohibition on return of used products
Failure to follow return procedures may result in denial of refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to 710 Pipes and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use our trademarks or branding without written consent.
8. User Content

We may remove User Content at our discretion.

$100 USD.
(c) Product Use & Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that products sold may contain glass components or metal parts that can break, shatter, or cause injury if mishandled.
You agree:
To inspect products before use;
To handle them responsibly;
To keep them away from children and pets;
To comply with all applicable laws;
That you assume all risks associated with improper, modified, or unlawful use.
You assume all responsibility for safe handling, lawful use, and regulatory compliance.
Nothing herein limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 710 Pipes and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from:
Your misuse of products;
Your unlawful conduct;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of third-party rights.
We may assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification.
13. Third-Party Services
The Site may integrate third-party services including:
Age verification providers
Payment processors
Buy Now, Pay Later providers
We are not responsible for decisions, credit approvals, or policies of third-party services.
14. Modifications
We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
You agree that Colorado state and federal courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your purchases.
You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 710 Pipes.
