- “Mirror” or frame the Site or any part of it on any other server or website.

All product descriptions, images, and prices shown on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:- Refuse or cancel any order;
- Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order;

5. Third-Party Products; Retailer Role Only
710 Pipes sells products manufactured by third parties, including but not limited to pipes, vaporizers, accessories, and related items. We are not the designer or manufacturer of these products. To the fullest extent permitted by law:- We do not make any independent representations or warranties regarding the design, engineering, safety, or performance of third-party products;
- Any warranties for such products are provided solely by the manufacturer (if any), and your remedies, if available, lie with that manufacturer; and
- Our role is limited to that of a retailer.
6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order through the Site, you agree to the Return Policy in effect at the time of your order. We reserve the right to update or modify the Return Policy at any time. Communications sent through the Site’s contact forms, live chat, social media, or general email addresses (including but not limited to “info@…” or similar addresses) do not constitute legal notice to 710 Pipes, BURLY PIRATE LLC, or any of its officers, employees, agents, or affiliates. 710 Pipes does not authorize service of legal process (including complaints, subpoenas, or other legal documents) via:- Website contact forms;
- General or support email addresses; or
- Social media channels.
10. Disclaimers
Site and Content “As Is” The Site and all content, materials, and information available on or through the Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 710 Pipes disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:- Implied warranties of merchantability;
- Fitness for a particular purpose;
- Non-infringement; and
- Warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
11. Limitation of Liability 11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) No Indirect or Consequential Damages In no event shall 710 Pipes, BURLY PIRATE LLC, or their respective owners, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to: (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site; (ii) any products purchased from us or your use, misuse, or inability to use such products; or (iii) any conduct or content of any third party, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. (b) Cap on Direct Damages To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of 710 Pipes, BURLY PIRATE LLC, and their respective owners, officers, employees, and agents for any and all direct damages arising out of or relating to: (i) the Site or these Terms; or (ii) any products purchased from us or your use or inability to use such products, shall not exceed the greater of: (1) the amount you actually paid to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim; or (2) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). (c) Product Use; Assumption of Risk You acknowledge that many of the products we sell (including, without limitation, smoking and vaporization devices, glassware, and related accessories) are intended for use only as directed by the manufacturer and may pose risks if used improperly, modified, combined with other substances, or used contrary to applicable laws or manufacturer instructions. You further acknowledge that: (i) many products may contain glass components and/or sharp metal parts that can break, chip, shatter, or cause cuts or other injury if dropped, mishandled, exposed to sudden temperature changes, or used with excessive force; (ii) you are solely responsible for handling all such components with appropriate care, including inspecting them before use, discontinuing use of any cracked, chipped, or otherwise damaged glass or metal parts, safely disposing of broken pieces, and keeping such products out of the reach of children and pets; (iii) you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws regarding the purchase and use of such products; and (iv) you assume any and all risks associated with your improper use, modification, or unlawful use of products. Nothing in this Section 11 is intended to (and does not) limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including where such limitation would be unlawful, unconscionable, or void as a matter of public policy. Without limiting the foregoing, this Section 11 does not purport to limit our liability, if any, for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages or implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 710 Pipes, BURLY PIRATE LLC, and their respective owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the Site; (b) your unlawful, negligent, or intentionally harmful use or misuse of any products purchased from us, including any modification, resale, combination with other substances, use in violation of manufacturer instructions or applicable law, or failure to use reasonable care in handling products that contain glass components or sharp metal parts (such as by dropping, mishandling, exposing them to sudden temperature changes, or using excessive force); (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party; in each case, only to the extent such claims, liabilities, or losses are caused by your acts or omissions and not by our own negligence or willful misconduct, or by defects for which we are liable under applicable law. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you (without limiting your indemnification obligations), and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.13.
